Sticking lids

If your lid isn’t releasing properly it’s likely because your little one pulls out/up the mouth bit and it’s getting in the way. Make sure it’s pushed in properly, it should then work fine. You don’t need a new lid!

I have emailed twice about the bottle top catching and not opening, but have not received a reply as yet. Would like it replaced please.
