Bottle was said to be delivered but never reached my door. Spoke to customer service who told me that the bottle was out of stock and would have to wait a week. I agreed to that. 3 weeks later, still no bottle received and customer service is not answering regarding a refund.

Best water bottle I have had. Quality product and well engineered. Twist top is secure and requires minimal effort to open and magnetic cap that stays open when drinking is great. I am finding 800ml is fine for gym sessions of say 60-90mins depending on level of activity. Would highly recommend.

I have been looking for a long time for a larger bottle as due to a medical condition I have to make sure my daily fluid intake especially in this heatwave here at the moment is well and truly kept up .It has really been an outstanding buy which not only keeps my drink cool but has the benefit of the magnetic lid which is truly an outstanding feature. It's an absolute must for a bottle that lasts all day and to boot is stylish too. A great investment.

new to insulated water bottles, bought 2 and couldnt be more happy. I like my cold drinks cold and these really work.
