I complained as the brush was missing and the bottle was marked 1500ml not 1600ml, after being offered a £1 refund for the brush or a new brush sent to me, I accepted the new brush as I needed one. This has never come through and when I ask I am ignored. I was told the bottle holds 1600ml but it says 1500ml on the bottle. Meaning the markings on the bottle mean absolutely nothing. I could’ve bought a cheaper bottle had I known the markings are for show and nothing more. If is a shame as the bottle itself isn’t bad quality but the measurements should be changed. The order was also later than expected as they had to get back in stock from china. Which I wouldn’t have had a problem with had they let me know. I only found out once I reached out to the company. To sum up the product is good quality but measurements mean nothing. You may or may not receive the brush it’s supposed to come with and the customer service is pretty dismal. I gave two stars because the water bottle doesn’t leak. And the coffee cup I ordered is fine
